Detectors.gr was founded in 1991 by Demetrios Alexandridis, with a vision to build reliable metal detectors for the Greek market. From our very first builds to this day, our business has stayed true to one core principle: uncompromised quality.

In 2016, Konstantinos Alexandridis stepped in to continue the family tradition. As an Electronic Engineer MSc specializing in embedded systems, he designs and builds every detector from scratch — combining engineering excellence with a deep understanding of what operators truly need in the field.
